Our Mission
The work of Audre Lorde has served as a lodestar for me both personally and professionally; in the “Master's Tools Will Never Take Down the Master's House,” Lorde asks, “What does it mean when tools of a racist patriarchy are used to examine the fruits of that same patriarchy?” She quickly answers her own question: “It means that only the most narrow perimeters of change are possible and allowable.” To me, Lorde offers up a challenge: if our goal is to achieve transformative change, how can we expect our current systems and ways of being, achieve that change? This means that we must challenge ourselves to be in community differently and to continue to do the work of unpacking and dismantling the structures of the past to make way for the new. ReMastered Tools Consulting is here to empower organizations to drive transformative, equitable, and sustainable change by providing strategic guidance, advocacy tools, and community-centered solutions. We partner with leaders across sectors to design and implement impactful initiatives that advance racial and social justice.

My journey has been rooted in creating impactful solutions that drive equity and amplify diverse voices.
With a Bachelor’s degree in African-American Studies from Smith College and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Portland State University, I bring a rich blend of academic rigor and practical expertise to my work.
I honed my skills in advocacy, strategy development, nonprofit leadership, and cross-sector collaboration through a variety of professional experiences, which have empowered me to manage diverse teams, build evaluation frameworks, and guide organizations toward actionable, equity-driven goals.
