The process prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and sustainability to ensure meaningful community impact. Deliverables: - Stakeholder Engagement Report summarizing community needs and priorities. - Strategic Plan Document outlining vision, mission, goals, and actionable steps. - Implementation Roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. - Metrics for Evaluation and Impact Assessment. Tier I Tier II Tier III This is a 4–6 month consultation for full strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Nonprofits or grassroots organizations with limited budgets may qualify for a sliding scale or reduced rates. Hourly coaching option for leaders.
