Service Description
Design and implement community engagement initiatives to foster meaningful partnerships with local communities. Facilitate sessions to gather feedback, foster collaboration, and co-create solutions. Deliverables: - Community engagement strategy document, including outreach plans, messaging, and event schedules. - Facilitation of 2–3 community sessions or workshops. - Summary report on community feedback, insights, and recommended next steps. Tier I Tier II Tier III This is a 6-10 week consultation. Nonprofits or grassroots organizations with limited budgets may qualify for a sliding scale or reduced rates. Hourly coaching option for leaders.
