Service Description

This training program equips organizational leaders with the skills and strategies to foster diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments. It combines theory with practical tools to address unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and equity-driven decision-making. Deliverables: - Needs assessment to identify organizational challenges and goals. - Customized workshop series (2–3 sessions, 3–4 hours each). Topics include: - Understanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) fundamentals. - Customized Training Materials (workbooks, slide decks, and resource guides). - Building cultural competence and addressing unconscious bias. - Inclusive leadership strategies for teams and decision-making. - Developing and sustaining equitable policies and practices. - Action plan creation to integrate DEI practices into daily operations. - Follow-up coaching for leaders to reinforce and sustain learning. - Post-training assessment report to evaluate learning outcomes. Tier I Tier II Tier III This is a 2–3 month consultation, including assessments, training delivery, and follow-up coaching. Nonprofits or grassroots organizations with limited budgets may qualify for a sliding scale or reduced rates. Hourly coaching option for leaders.
