Conduct a thorough review of organizational policies, practices, and structures to assess equity-related strengths and gaps. This includes analyzing recruitment, retention, employee experience, and community engagement practices to create a holistic equity profile. Deliverables: - Initial assessment report outlining existing challenges and opportunities. - A detailed equity audit report with findings, prioritized recommendations, and implementation steps. - A follow-up workshop with key stakeholders to review findings and establish actionable goals. This is a 6-8 week process for a comprehensive Equity Audit. Nonprofits or grassroots organizations with limited budgets may qualify for a sliding scale or reduced rates.
