Service Description

Develop and deliver training sessions on topics such as inclusive leadership, equity-based decision-making, and DEI best practices. This service includes pre-assessment of needs, customized curriculum development, and post-training evaluations. Deliverables: - Customized training materials and curriculum for each session. - Pre- and post-assessment surveys to gauge participant progress. - Summary report with insights and recommendations for continued DEI growth. Tier I Tier II Tier III This is a 2-4 week consultation which can be scheduled as a series over the course of multiple months. Nonprofits or grassroots organizations with limited budgets may qualify for a sliding scale or reduced rates. Hourly coaching option for leaders.
